direct access good soundproofing good selection
The hotel location offers direct beach access. I especially enjoyed morning walks. my room featured good soundproofing. the buffet had a good selection, i found various Indian dishes. The staff promptly addressed minor issues with my room. I appreciated their responsiveness.
i found the gym equipment to be somewhat dated. more modern machines would enhance the workout experience.

The swimming pool had many lounge chairs and umbrellas, offering ample space for relaxation. the hotel includes a well-equipped fitness center and spa services are available. The grounds featured well kept landscaping.

a generally adequate stay
nice food polite server good service busy breakfast room missing item lacking upkeep
i found the location to be beneficial. i also thought the staff offered good service. mr naresh, a server, gave polite and customer-focused service. the food at the square restaurant was also nice.
the hotel exhibits signs of needing maintenance. the minibar lacked listed items. the breakfast room was busy. there was no nonslip mat for the shower, even after i requested it.

The hotel location proved advantageous, with the sands inviting slow barefoot walks. The breakfast buffet included both continental and local dishes, so one could sample. The elevators operated smoothly, limiting waits .
The television remote in my room had faint scratches.

amazing stay!
ocean view housekeeping service excellent food
my room was upgraded to a superior king room ocean view. The ocean view was amazing! ashok from housekeeping always ensured the room was super clean. the happy hour in the lounge (6-8 pm) was a wonderful experience. It offered excellent food and drinks.
during check-in, i waited longer than expected for the room, a bit inconvenient. there was no offer of a refreshing drink while i waited. also, the bar area had dim lighting, i prefer more light to relax properly.

the room was clean and spacious with modern decor and comfortable furnishings. it had a well-stocked minibar, ample storage space, and a work desk with convenient power outlets, great for digital nomads like me!!!

the staff, especially ashok from housekeeping, were very attentive and responsive to any request. they provided excellent service throughout my stay. the concierge was also very helpful in arranging transportation and providing local information.

food quality delicious sushi good location inflexible staff extra charge unhelpful staff
i especially loved the prawns tempura, sushi, and chicken basil dumplings. they were AMAZING!!! the hotel has a good location right in front of the beach.
The front desk staff were not very helpful. they seemed inflexible and i did not appreciate that. i wouldn't recommend this aspect of the hotel to anyone. the hotel charged extra for something i already paid for. I didn't like that at all.

underwhelming stay
lukewarm food poor maintenance
the location on the beach was acceptable.
The service in the restaurant was disappointing. Lukewarm food arrived after multiple requests for drinks. several guests were complaining about similar issues at reception. the staff behavior and overall maintenance did not reflect a hotel of this supposed level.
